We never use your main domain for cold email. If a sending domain gets flagged or blacklisted, your main domain — and your business email — stays completely clean. We build a separate infrastructure that operates independently.
Each mailbox can send approximately 30 emails per day. We use one domain per three mailboxes to maintain healthy deliverability. The more mailboxes you have, the faster you can work through your lead list.

Why can’t I just use my main domain?
Your main domain carries your business email reputation. If a sending domain gets flagged or blacklisted, it can damage your ability to send normal business emails. We use separate sending domains specifically to protect your primary domain from any deliverability risk.
What is inbox warmup and why does it matter?
Inbox warmup is the process of gradually increasing email volume from a new mailbox to build sender reputation with email providers. Skipping warmup is the most common reason cold email systems land in spam. We initiate warmup immediately — your mailboxes spend 2 to 4 weeks building reputation before your real campaigns go live.
What does “verified leads” mean?
We source contacts from Apollo that match your ICP and run them through email verification to confirm the addresses are active and deliverable. Sending to unverified emails damages your sender reputation and wastes your sending capacity.
Do I need any technical knowledge to run this after setup?
No. We hand off a fully configured system with a walkthrough of how to operate it. Exceedingly Lab guides you through writing sequences, refining your targeting, and handling replies. No technical expertise required.
What ongoing costs will I have?

Can I add more mailboxes after setup?
Yes. Additional mailboxes can be added at any time at $10/mailbox/month. Each new mailbox goes through a warmup period before being added to active campaigns.
How long does setup take?
5 business days from payment. You will receive a confirmation email when setup is complete, along with your Exceedingly Lab access and a walkthrough of the system.
What if I already have an Instantly account?
No problem. During the order process you can select “I already have an Instantly account” and we will connect your new mailboxes to your existing account.
